Our Journey so far
Our journey started, with just an idea, an idea that was nurtured over a period of time, based on our experiences with the Corporate Training industry.
2010-15
Initial seed money raised for creating the first ever market place for Corporate Training. Platform aggregates initial trainers. Company launches the first of its kind service called PlanMyProgram, a 360 degree solution for organizations to plan, design and execute training programs. Tata Projects acquired as one of the first large corporate houses, as client. Partners with one of the biggest E-Commerce companies, in India. Collaborate to launch the largest training initiative of its kind (Operation Bahubali) to train more than 3000 people across length and breadth of the country. Company designs and launches the Beta version of the most comprehensive Training Management System, L-Kurve.
2016-2020
Does Pan India program on Project Management for one of the top EPC companies in the country. Achieve 50,000+ mark for Employee Facilitation. Partner with TCS for their Affirmative Action (AA) programs to provide Trainers, pan India. Introduce exciting new features in our Training Management System. One of the largest Police Department in the country implements L-Kurve to over 60,000 staff members. The first of its kind comprehensive Feedback App for Training programs launched. The Leveraging on its database of Trainers, Training Venues and its IT platform, tailors a TPO offering exclusively for the SME segments. First clients TPO client acquired
